Car
If you're driving from the center of Lääne-Virumaa, head east towards Tallinn on the E263 highway. Follow the signs for Tallinn and continue for approximately 60 kilometers. As you approach Tallinn, take the exit for Pirita (Tallinna-Pirita tee). Once you exit, continue on Pirita tee until you reach Merivälja tee. Turn left onto Merivälja tee. The Pirita Convent Ruins will be on your right at Merivälja tee 18. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
From Lääne-Virumaa, take a bus to Tallinn. Check local schedules at your nearest bus station; buses frequently run between towns. Once in Tallinn, head to the bus station and take bus number 21 or 21B towards Pirita. The bus will take you directly to the Pirita area. Get off at the 'Pirita Klooster' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the Pirita Convent Ruins located at Merivälja tee 18. Make sure to check the bus schedules for return trips to Lääne-Virumaa.
