From anywhere in Lääne-Virumaa, head towards Tallinn via Route 1 (E263). Follow the signs to Tallinn, which will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Tallinn, follow signs for 'Kesklinn' (City Center). Park your car in one of the public parking areas near the Old Town. From the parking, walk towards Lossi plats, where Toompea Castle is located at Lossi plats 1a, 10137 Tallinn. Be prepared for possible parking fees, which can vary depending on location.
