From the center of Lahemaa National Park, take the main road (Tallinn-Narva Road, E20) towards Vihasoo. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Vihasoo (signposted). Continue driving for about 5 kilometers until you reach Vihasoo. The Eru lahe vaatetorn is located near the entrance to the bird watching area, where you will find parking available. Be sure to follow the signs to the lookout tower.

To reach Eru lahe vaatetorn using public transportation, take a bus from Tallinn to Vihasoo. Buses run regularly from the Tallinn bus station. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Vihasoo bus stop, you will need to walk about 2 kilometers to reach the Eru lahe vaatetorn. Follow the signs towards the bird watching area. The path is well marked, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the way. Note that bus tickets cost around €5-€7 depending on the service provider.
