If you're traveling by car, head towards Paldiski from Lahemaa. Take the Tallinn-Paldiski road (E263) and follow the signs to Paldiski. Once you enter Paldiski, continue straight until you reach Majaka tee. Turn left onto Majaka tee and follow it until you reach Pakri lighthouse at Majaka tee 45. There is parking available near the lighthouse, but please note that it might be busy during peak tourist seasons.
