From Lahemaa National Park, head south on the E263 road towards Tallinn. Continue on E263 for approximately 40 km until you reach the junction with the A2 road. Merge onto A2 heading southeast towards Tartu. After about 90 km, take the exit toward Otepaeae/Valga. Continue on this road for about 15 km until you arrive at Karula National Park. Look for signs directing you to the park entrances.
