If you are driving from Lahemaa National Park, take the E20 highway heading southeast. Continue on E20 for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the exit for Rakvere (Exit 3). Follow the signs to Rakvere city center. Once in the city, follow the signs to Vallimägi, where Rakvere Linnus is located. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.
