If you are driving from any location in Lahemaa, head towards Tallinn. Use Route E263 (Tallinn-Narva Highway) and follow the signs to Tallinn. Once you reach the outskirts of Tallinn, continue following the signs for Pirita. Turn onto Pirita tee, and you will find the Rusalka Memorial located at Pirita tee 1, 10127 Tallinn. There is free parking available near the memorial.
