Starting from Panga Cliff, head southeast on the main road (Panga Road) towards the junction with Route 78. Continue on Route 78 towards Nõmpa. After approximately 10 km, you will reach Nõmpa. Look for signs directing you to Lihulinn, which is located in the vicinity. The final destination is at coordinates 58.400119, 22.251541. There is no parking fee at Lihulinn.

From Panga Cliff, take a local bus heading toward Kuressaare. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited. Once you arrive at the Kuressaare bus station, transfer to a bus going to Nõmpa. The journey from Kuressaare to Nõmpa should take about 30 minutes.
