If you are driving from Pärnu Beach, head north on Ringi Street towards the city center. Continue onto Pärnu Road (Tee 4) and follow the signs to Pärnu. After approximately 3 kilometers, turn right onto Suur-Sepa Street. Follow Suur-Sepa until you reach Valli Park, which will be on your left.
