If you're traveling by car from Pärnu Beach, head east on Rüütli Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Lõuna Street. Turn left onto Lõuna Street and follow it. After about 1.5 km, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Läänemere tee. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and you will find Valli Park on your right. There is usually street parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.
