If you are driving from the center of Pärnu, head east on Ringi Street (Ringi tn) toward the intersection with Jaan Mardika Street. Continue straight as Ringi Street becomes Suur-Jõe Street (Suur-Jõe tn). After about 1.5 kilometers, turn right onto Vana-Tartu Road (Vana-Tartu maantee). Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you see signs for Munamäe Park. Turn left into Munamäe Park where you will find the Monument. Parking is available nearby.

The journey should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the Munamäe Park stop. From there, the Monument is a short walk within the park.
