If you are in the city center of Pärnu, start at the Pärnu Rannapark (Beach Park). From the main entrance, walk towards the beach. Continue along the pathway by the beach until you reach the intersection with Rüütli Street. Turn left onto Rüütli Street. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Suure-Jaani Street. Turn right onto Suure-Jaani Street and continue walking until you see Valli Park on your left. The park is located at Pärnu, 80011 Pärnu County, and is recognized by its lush greenery and pathways.

From the Pärnu bus station, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the end of the station. Take bus number 1 or 2 towards 'Pärnu Keskus' (Pärnu Center). Ride for about 5-10 minutes until you reach the 'Rüütli' stop. Once you get off, walk straight along Rüütli Street until you reach Suure-Jaani Street. Turn right onto Suure-Jaani Street, and you will see Valli Park on your left side after a short walk.
