Walking
Start at the central bus station in Rapla. From there, head northeast on Jüriöö Street until you reach the intersection with Koidula Street. Turn left onto Koidula Street and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Väätsa Road (Väätsa tee). Turn right onto Väätsa Road and walk for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see signs pointing towards Härgla. Continue on Väätsa Road until you reach the small village of Härgla. Männiku suurkivi is located in a wooded area just outside the village, so keep an eye out for the large boulder as you approach the village. It is advisable to follow local signage or ask for directions if you have difficulty finding it.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Rapla. Begin your journey at the central bus station. Head northeast on Jüriöö Street, then turn left onto Koidula Street. Continue on Koidula Street straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Väätsa Road (Väätsa tee). Turn right onto Väätsa Road and cycle for approximately 2 kilometers. As you approach the village of Härgla, look for signs indicating the direction to Männiku suurkivi. The boulder is located just outside the village in a wooded area. Make sure to cycle safely and watch for traffic as you navigate these roads.
Public Transport
From the central bus station in Rapla, take a bus heading towards Väätsa. Buses are available at regular intervals. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Väätsa stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers towards Härgla along Väätsa Road (Väätsa tee). Follow the road until you see signs for Männiku suurkivi. The boulder is located in the woods just outside the village. If you're unsure, locals are usually helpful with directions.
