Bus
From Rapla town center, head to the Rapla bus station located at Pärnu mnt 5. Look for buses heading to Tallinn, which are frequent throughout the day. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tallinn bus station, exit the terminal and head towards the nearest tram stop.

Tram
At the Tallinn bus station, catch tram number 3 towards 'Kopli'. Stay on the tram for about 5 stops, which will take you to 'Vabaduse väljak' (Freedom Square). From there, transfer to tram number 1 or 2 and travel towards 'Kesklinn'. After 3 stops, get off at 'Toompea'.

Walking
Once you are at the Toompea tram stop, exit the tram and head east on Toompea street. Continue straight until you reach the 'Patkuli Viewing Platform', which will be on your right at Rahukohtu tn 5. The walk should take about 10 minutes, and you'll enjoy scenic views along the way.
