Walking
If you are in the center of Rapla, start at the Rapla Train Station. Head southeast on Tartu mnt toward Pärnu mnt. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Pärnu mnt and continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the bus station. From there, take the bus number 267 towards Tallinn, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tallinn bus station, exit and walk towards the tram stop. Take tram number 1 or 2 towards 'Balti Jaam'. After 6 stops, get off at 'Raekoja plats'. The Tallinn Town Hall will be directly in front of you.
Bus
From any location in Rapla, make your way to the nearest bus stop and board bus number 267, which goes to Tallinn. Stay on the bus until you reach the Tallinn bus station. After disembarking, walk to the nearby tram stop and take tram number 1 or 2 towards 'Balti Jaam'. Disembark at 'Raekoja plats' after 6 stops. The Tallinn Town Hall will be located right in front of you.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Rapla and head southeast towards the Tallinn highway. Follow the bike lanes and signs leading to Tallinn, which is about a 25 km ride. Upon reaching Tallinn, use the bike lanes to navigate to the city center. Once you reach the central area, follow signs to 'Raekoja plats'. The Tallinn Town Hall is situated in the main square and should be visible from a distance.
