Public Transport - Bus
From Rapla town center, head to the Rapla Bus Station located at Tartu mnt 39. Check the bus schedule for the next bus heading towards Põlli. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Põlli bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards the east on Tartu mnt for about 500 meters until you reach the Varbola linnus entrance, which is well-marked.
Walking from Põlli
If you are already in the village of Põlli, walk east along the main road (Tartu mnt) for about 500 meters. You will see signs pointing towards Varbola linnus. Follow the signs and the path will lead you to the historical landmark.
Cycling
If you have access to a bicycle, you can cycle from Rapla to Varbola linnus. Start from the center of Rapla and head towards Tartu mnt. Follow Tartu mnt in the direction of Põlli. The distance is approximately 5 kilometers, and it will take about 20-25 minutes. The route is relatively flat and easy to navigate.
