If you are traveling by car, start your journey in Rapla town. Drive south on the main road (Tallinna-Rapla-Sindi Road, also known as the E263). After about 3 km, turn left onto the road towards Kihnu. Continue for approximately 1 km until you reach a junction, then turn right. Follow the signs for 'Kindral Märt Tiru monument'. After another 2 km, you will see the monument on your left-hand side. There is parking available nearby.
