After about 20 km, turn left onto Route 78 towards Linnuse. Continue for about 7 km until you reach the village of Linnuse. The Eemu Windmill is located at Linnuse, 94727 Saare County. Look for the windmill on your right side; it is a prominent attraction in the area.
