Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Kuressaare, head northeast on Tallinna mnt/Route 2 towards Saaremaa's main road. Continue on Route 2 for about 30 km until you reach the intersection with Route 10. Turn left onto Route 10 and follow the signs towards Kallaste. After about 15 km, you will arrive in Kallaste. Look for signs indicating Üügu Cliff, which is approximately 3 km from the center of Kallaste. The parking area is available nearby the cliff's viewpoint.

• Public Transportation

  To use public transportation from Kuressaare, take a bus operated by Lux Express or another local company heading towards Kallaste. The bus ride takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Kallaste, you can take a taxi or walk approximately 3 km to reach Üügu Cliff. Walking is a scenic option if the weather permits and you enjoy nature.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any location in Saaremaa to Üügu Cliff. This is particularly convenient if you are in Kallaste or nearby areas. Expect to pay around 15-25 euros for the taxi ride, depending on the distance from your location.

• Bicycle

  For an adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle in Kuressaare or Kallaste. The route from Kuressaare to Kallaste is approximately 45 km, and it offers beautiful views of the countryside. Once in Kallaste, cycle about 3 km to reach Üügu Cliff. Make sure to wear a helmet and check the weather conditions before heading out.
