If you are driving, head towards the southeastern part of Saaremaa. From Kuressaare, take Route 10 towards Orissaare. Continue on Route 10 until you reach the turn-off for Route 12. Follow Route 12 for about 25 km. Once you reach the T-junction, turn left onto Route 22, and follow it for another 15 km until you see signs for Kiipsaare lighthouse. The final stretch involves a dirt road leading to the lighthouse parking area. Please note there may be a small parking fee.
