From Tallinn Old Town, head north on the Pärnu mnt (Route 4) towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Tartu mnt. Turn left onto Tartu mnt. After about 1 km, turn right onto Paljassaare tee. Drive straight for about 4 km, and you will see signs for Paljassaare järv. There is free street parking available near the lake.

Start at the Viru Keskus bus terminal in Tallinn Old Town. Take bus number 56 towards 'Kopli'. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Paljassaare' stop. From there, walk approximately 500 meters along Paljassaare tee towards Paljassaare järv. The scenic area is located on your left side. The bus fare is around €2.00.
