If you are traveling by car, start from any location in Lääne-Virumaa and head towards Tallinn. Take the E20 highway, which is well-signposted. Continue on E20 for approximately 75 kilometers until you reach Tallinn. Once in Tallinn, follow the signs to Kesklinn (City Center). Park your car at a nearby parking facility, such as the 'Kalevi Keskus' parking garage, located at Kalevi 1. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Patkuli Viewing Platform. Head towards the Old Town, following the signs to Toompea Hill. The platform is located at the end of Rahukohtu Street.

To reach the Patkuli Viewing Platform using public transportation, take a bus or train from your location in Lääne-Virumaa to Tallinn. Bus services such as Lux Express and Go Bus operate frequently. Upon arrival at the Tallinn central bus station, you can either take tram number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at 'Vabaduse väljak' (Liberty Square) and walk towards the Old Town. Follow the signs to Toompea Hill, and you'll find the Patkuli Viewing Platform at the end of Rahukohtu Street, which is about a 20-minute walk from the tram stop.
