Car
If you are traveling by car, start from any location in Lääne-Virumaa and head towards Tallinn. Take the E20 highway, which is well-signposted. Continue on E20 for approximately 75 kilometers until you reach Tallinn. Once in Tallinn, follow the signs to Kesklinn (City Center). Park your car at a nearby parking facility, such as the 'Kalevi Keskus' parking garage, located at Kalevi 1. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Patkuli Viewing Platform. Head towards the Old Town, following the signs to Toompea Hill. The platform is located at the end of Rahukohtu Street.
