From the Viru Gate, head east on Viru Street until you reach the intersection with Pikk Street. Turn left onto Pikk Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Pagari Street. The KGB Prison Cells are located at Pagari 1, Pikk 59, which is just a short walk from here.
