From the Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats), head east on Pikk Street (Pikk tänav). Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach a fork in the road. Keep left onto Toompea Hill. As you ascend, you'll see the Tall Hermann tower on your right, located at the entrance to the Toompea Castle complex.
