If you are already in Tallinn Old Town, walking is a convenient way to reach Pilsticker Tower and Stairs. Start at the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats). From the square, head east on Pühavaimu Street until you reach the intersection with Müürivahe Street. Turn left onto Müürivahe Street and continue until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will see Toompea Hill. Ascend the hill via the stairs or the winding path on the right. Once at the top, head towards Lossi Plats. The tower is located at Lossi Plats 1a, where you will find Pilsticker Tower and the stairs nearby.

If you prefer public transportation, take tram number 1 or 2 from any tram stop in Tallinn Old Town. You can board the tram at the nearest stop, such as 'Tallinna Raekoda' (Town Hall). Ride the tram until the 'Toompea' stop, which is the closest stop to Pilsticker Tower. After disembarking, walk up the hill towards Lossi Plats. The tower is located at Lossi Plats 1a. Note that tram tickets cost around €2 if purchased from machines or kiosks, and you can also buy them onboard at a slightly higher price.
