Walking
If you are near the Tallinn Old Town, head towards the Viru Gate. From there, walk straight along Viru Street until you reach the intersection with Suur-Karja Street. Turn left onto Suur-Karja Street, and you will find the Chocolala Chocolate Museum at number 20, which is on your right.
Public Transport - Tram
Take tram number 1 or 2 from any tram stop in the city center. Get off at the 'Vabaduse Väljak' stop. From there, walk towards the main street, Pärnu maantee, and continue straight until you reach Suur-Karja Street. Turn right onto Suur-Karja Street, and the Chocolala Chocolate Museum will be at number 20 on your left.
Public Transport - Bus
Catch any bus heading towards the city center and get off at the 'Tallinna Raekoja plats' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats). Exit the square and head towards the main road, turning left onto Viru Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Suur-Karja Street, then turn right.
