If you are starting from the Tallinn Old Town, walk towards the Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats). From the square, head east on Pühavaimu street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pikk street. Turn left onto Pikk street and walk straight for about 300 meters. The Kalev Marzipan Museum Room will be on your right at Pikk 16.

Public Transport (Tram)
If you are near a tram stop, take Tram 1 or Tram 2 towards the 'Balti Jaam' station. Get off at the 'Vabaduse Väljak' stop. From there, walk down the street towards the Old Town. Enter the Old Town and head towards the Town Hall Square. From the square, continue walking east on Pühavaimu street, then turn left onto Pikk street. The museum is located at Pikk 16, approximately 300 meters from Town Hall Square.
