Start at the Tallinna Bussijaam (Bus Station) located in the city center. Purchase a ticket to Keila-Joa, which is the nearest bus stop to Keila Waterfall. Buses to Keila-Joa run approximately every hour. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Keila-Joa, exit the bus and follow the signs towards the park. From the bus stop, walk along the main road for about 15 minutes until you reach Keila Waterfall, which is located within the Keila Park.

From Tallinn, head to the Balti Jaam train station. Purchase a ticket for the train heading towards Aegviidu or Elva. Get off at the Keila train station. From there, you will need to walk approximately 30 minutes to Keila Waterfall. Follow the signs towards Keila Park, and once you arrive at the park, continue walking until you reach the waterfall itself. Make sure to check the train schedule in advance as the frequency can vary.

Combination of Tram and Bus
Take tram number 1 or 3 from the city center (look for stops near the Old Town or central locations) towards the 'Tondi' stop. Transfer to bus number 119 or 120 towards Keila-Joa. This route will take about an hour in total. Get off at the Keila-Joa stop, and from there, follow the walking directions as described in the public transport section.
