From the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), head east along the street called Pikk. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mäekalda. Turn left onto Mäekalda and walk until you see Väike-Kloostri street. Take a right onto Väike-Kloostri, and Nunnatorn ja linnamüüri platvorm will be on your left at Väike-Kloostri 1.
