Walking
From the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), head east along the street called Pikk. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mäekalda. Turn left onto Mäekalda and walk until you see Väike-Kloostri street. Take a right onto Väike-Kloostri, and Nunnatorn ja linnamüüri platvorm will be on your left at Väike-Kloostri 1.

If you are near the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, exit the cathedral grounds and walk down to the main road, which is called Toompea. Turn right and walk towards the intersection with Pikk street. Turn left onto Pikk and follow the same route mentioned from Town Hall Square to reach Nunnatorn ja linnamüüri platvorm.

From Kiek in de Kök Museum, head down the hill towards the Old Town. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Pikk street. Turn left onto Pikk, then follow the directions to Väike-Kloostri as described above.
