If you are driving, head towards Tartu city center. From the Ring Road (Tartu Ringtee), follow signs for 'Tartu'. Once you reach the city, follow the signs for the city center (Kesklinn). As you approach the city, take the exit onto Riia Street (Riia tänav). Continue straight on Riia Street, and you will find the KGB Cells Museum at Riia 15b on your left. There is street parking available nearby, so look for parking spaces along Riia Street or nearby side streets.

To reach the KGB Cells Museum using public transport, start by taking a bus or tram to Tartu city center. If you are at the Tartu Bus Station (Tartu Bussijaam), you can take bus number 2 or 6 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Kaubamaja' stop. From there, walk east along Riia Street (Riia tänav) for about 10 minutes. The KGB Cells Museum will be located at Riia 15b, on your left side. Alternatively, if you are near the Tartu tram line, take the tram towards 'Tartu Ülikool' and get off at 'Tartu Ülikool'. Walk south towards Riia Street, and head east until you reach the museum.
