Follow E263 for approximately 15 kilometers. Take the exit toward Haava, and continue on Haava road. Follow the signs for Metsa, which will be on your right. To reach Metsaelu by public transportation, take a bus from the Tartu bus station. Look for buses heading towards Haava; these buses typically run every hour.
