If you are driving, start by navigating to Tartu city. From the center of Tartu, take Raatuse Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pargi Street. Turn right onto Pargi Street, and you will find Karlova Park on your left. There is usually parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees which may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Karlova Park via public transport, head to the nearest bus stop in Tartu. Look for buses that head towards the Karlova district (most buses will have 'Karlova' in their destination). The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk towards Pargi Street, and you will see the park entrance.
