If you are driving from Tartu, take the Tartu-Kuressaare road (E263) heading towards Kastre. After approximately 15 kilometers, turn left onto Kastre road (Kastre tee) and follow the signs for Kastre. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach Kastre, 62305 Tartu County. Kastre mõis will be located on your right side. Parking is available near the estate.
