Starting from Tartu city center, head southeast on Kuperjanovi street towards Puiestee street. Continue on Puiestee street until you reach the intersection with Tartu ring road (E263). Merge onto the ring road and follow the signs for 'Tallinn' (E263). After approximately 10 km, take exit 1 towards Luke. Follow the signs leading you into Luke village. Once in Luke, drive until you see the signs for Luke Mõis, which will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.
