If you are starting from the Valga Train Station, exit the station and head east on Tartu Street (Tartu tn). Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Jaama Street (Jaama pst). Turn left onto Jaama Street and walk for about 200 meters. The Locomotive Memorial will be on your left at Jaama pst 2f.

From the Valga Bus Station, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is just outside the station. Take bus number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the Jaama pst stop. From there, walk approximately 150 meters along Jaama Street, and you will find the Locomotive Memorial at Jaama pst 2f on your left.
Bicycling
