Starting from the Valga Town Hall, head southeast on Rüütli Street. Walk for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Julius Kuperjanovi Street. Turn right onto Julius Kuperjanovi Street and continue straight for approximately 600 meters. The Memorial to the War of Independence will be on your left at Julius Kuperjanovi 65.

From Valga Bus Station, take bus number 5 heading towards Tõrva. After a 10-minute ride, get off at the 'Statue' stop. From there, walk about 200 meters back towards Julius Kuperjanovi Street, then turn left. Continue walking for 300 meters, and you will find the Memorial to the War of Independence on your right at Julius Kuperjanovi 65.
