From the center of Valga, head north on the main street (Viru Street). Walk towards the border crossing between Estonia and Latvia, which is marked with signage. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the border area where you can see the signs for Putraskalns. Continue walking straight until you reach Smilšu iela. Turn right onto Smilšu iela and walk for about 200 meters. You will see Putraskalns on your left, located at Smilšu iela 15A.
