Start from the center of Valga at the Valga Railway Station. Exit the station and head south on Vabaduse Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Vana-Võidu Street. Turn left onto Vana-Võidu Street and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by local shops and cafes, providing a glimpse of local life. As you continue, you will notice signs directing you towards Tõrva. After about 1 kilometer, turn right onto Tõrva Road (Tõrva mnt) and follow it for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see the signs for Tõrva town approaching. Once you reach Tõrva, follow the main road as it curves; you will eventually see Tõrva Town Hill on your left. It's a short walk up a gentle incline to reach the top.

From Valga, head to the Valga Bus Station located near the railway station. Look for buses heading to Tõrva; the journey typically takes about 20 minutes. Purchase a ticket from the ticket counter or the bus driver. Once you arrive at the Tõrva bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards the main road. Follow the main road for about 500 meters, and you will see Tõrva Town Hill on your right. The hill is accessible via a short path leading up.
