Continue onto Tallinn Street (Tallinna tn) and then take the second exit at the roundabout onto Tartu Road (Tartu mnt). Follow this road for about 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Helme. Once in Helme, look for signs directing you to Helme Caves. There is parking available near the caves.
