If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Võru and head southwest on Tartu Street (Tartu mnt) towards the Võru-Tartu road (E263). After approximately 3 km, turn right onto the road towards Tindi (6Tindi66298). Continue straight for about 2 km until you see signs for Ööbikuoru kiik-vaateplatvorm. There is a parking area near the observation deck, which is free of charge.
