From the center of Võru, head west on Tartu Street (Tartu tänav) towards the intersection with Koidula Street (Koidula tänav). At the intersection, turn left onto Koidula Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rüütli Street (Rüütli tänav). Turn right onto Rüütli Street and continue until you reach the main bus station (Võru bussijaam). From there, take the bus to Hallimäe. The bus will take you closer to the Hallimägi area, and you should disembark at the nearest stop to Hallimägi (look for signs indicating Hallimäe). Once you get off the bus, follow the local paths leading to Hallimägi vaatlustorn, which will be clearly marked. The walk from the bus stop to the observation tower is approximately 15 minutes.
