Once in Pongola, follow signs for the R66 towards Jozini Lake. After about 30 kilometers, you will see signs for Pongola Game Reserve. Turn left at the sign and continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the reserve entrance.

    From Lavumisa Border Post, take a taxi or minibus heading towards Pongola. The journey will take around 30-45 minutes and cost approximately ZAR 50-70. Once you arrive in Pongola, you will need to take another taxi or arrange for a shuttle to Pongola Game Reserve, which is about 30 kilometers away.
