From Malkerns Valley, head north on the MR3 road towards Mbabane. Continue on the MR3 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for the Malolotja Nature Reserve. Turn left onto the access road to the reserve. Follow the signs to the entrance of Malolotja Nature Reserve, where you will need to pay an entrance fee of approximately 50 Lilangeni (check for current prices). After entering the reserve, follow the signs to Malolotja Falls, which will be approximately 10 kilometers ahead. The falls are located a short walk from the designated parking area.

To reach Malolotja Falls via public transportation, start by taking a local taxi or minibus from Malkerns Valley to Mbabane. Once in Mbabane, you will need to catch a taxi to the entrance of Malolotja Nature Reserve. The taxi fare from Mbabane to the reserve is typically around 30-40 Lilangeni. Upon arrival at the reserve entrance, you will need to pay an entrance fee of around 50 Lilangeni. After entering, you can either walk or take a local guide's vehicle to the falls, which are about 10 kilometers from the entrance.
