If you are starting from the Manzini City Center, head southwest on Mkhwanazi Street towards the Mbabane Road. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with the MR3 road. Turn left onto MR3 and walk for approximately 2 km. You will see signs for the Mlilwane Game Sanctuary. Once you see the entrance gate, continue walking until you reach the main reception area.

From Manzini City Center, find a minibus taxi heading towards Lobamba. These can usually be found at the main taxi rank near the City Hall. The fare is inexpensive, typically around E10. Inform the driver that you are going to Mlilwane Game Sanctuary.
