If you are starting from the Addis Ababa Mercato (the largest open-air market), exit the market and head southeast towards the main road (Bole Road). Walk along Bole Road until you reach the intersection with Ras Mekonnen Street. Turn right onto Ras Mekonnen Street and continue walking straight. You will pass the National Museum of Ethiopia on your left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Churchill Avenue. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and walk towards Piazza. You will see the Abune Petros Memorial on your left as you approach the Piazza area.

If you are starting from Meskel Square, head towards the southern end of the square and take a left onto Churchill Avenue. Walk along Churchill Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Ras Mekonnen Street. Turn left onto Ras Mekonnen Street and continue for about 5 minutes. The Abune Petros Memorial will be on your right as you approach Piazza.

From Arada Bus Station, take a minibus that is heading towards Piazza. Make sure to ask the conductor if it stops at Piazza. Once you get off at Piazza, walk a short distance to the Abune Petros Memorial, which is located nearby. Look for the large monument which is visible from the main road.

If you are near the Addis Ababa University, exit the university and walk towards Sidist Kilo. From Sidist Kilo, head south on the main road towards Piazza. You will notice the Abune Petros Memorial as you approach the area, situated prominently in the square.
