Getting There

    If you are in the city center, head towards Menelik II Square, which is a well-known landmark. From Menelik II Square, walk south along Haile Selassie Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Meskel Square. The square is a large open area, and you should be able to see the iconic Meskel Square monument as you approach.

    If you are near Bole Medhane Alem Church, start walking north on Bole Road. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and then turn right onto Meskel Square.
