Walking
From the center of Awasa, head south on Street 1 near the Hawassa Fish Market. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Street 2. Turn left onto Street 2 and walk another 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and cafes. After reaching the major junction, continue straight for another 500 meters until you see a sign for አሞራገደል. The destination will be on your right.
Bicycle
For cyclists, rent a bicycle in the city center. Start by cycling south towards the Hawassa Fish Market on Street 1. After 1.5 kilometers, make a left onto Street 2 and continue for 1 kilometer. You will pass a few local attractions. At the major junction, continue straight for approximately 500 meters. Look for the sign for አሞራገደል, which will be on your right side.
Public Transport
Take a local minibus from the central bus station in Awasa that heads towards the south. Inform the driver that you are going to አሞራገደል. The trip should take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop near አሞራገደል, you can easily walk to the entrance which is just a short distance away.
