Walking
From the center of Bahir Dar, start at the main market, known as the Bahir Dar Grand Market. Head east on the main road (Adis Ababa Road) towards the Lake Tana. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto the road leading to the lake. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you see a sign directing you to Millennium Square on your right. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing, and you will find yourself at Millennium Square.

If you are near the Blue Nile Hotel, exit the hotel and turn left onto the main street. Walk straight for about 700 meters until you reach a T-junction. Take a right turn at the junction and continue walking for another 300 meters until you see the entrance to Millennium Square on your left-hand side.

From the Bahir Dar Airport, you can take a local tuk-tuk to the city center. Once you arrive at the city center, head towards the main market. From there, follow the previous directions. The tuk-tuk ride is about 30 minutes, after which you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach Millennium Square.
