Walking
If you are starting from the center of Dire Dawa, head towards the main road, known as 'Hawassa Road.' Walk north along this road until you reach the intersection with 'Bole Road.' Turn left onto Bole Road and continue walking straight. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for the large sign indicating the direction to the 'Kezira' area. As you reach the end of Bole Road, you will see the entrance to the 'Kezira' borough. The DIRE DAWA PALACE is located within this area, just a short walk further down the road on your right. It is a prominent building, so you should be able to see it from a distance.

Starting from the Dire Dawa bus station, rent a bicycle and head towards the 'Hawassa Road.' Follow the same route as pedestrians by cycling north on Hawassa Road. When you reach the intersection with 'Bole Road,' turn left. Continue cycling until you reach the 'Kezira' neighborhood. The DIRE DAWA PALACE will be located on your right side. Make sure to be cautious of pedestrians and traffic as you ride.
