Walking
Starting from the Dire Dawa Railway Station, exit the station and head east on Bole Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Menafesha Street. Turn left onto Menafesha Street. After walking for about 500 meters, you will see the entrance to Sami Menafesha Park on your right.
Public Transport (Bajaj)
From the central market (Mercato) in Dire Dawa, take a Bajaj (a type of auto rickshaw) and tell the driver to take you to Sami Menafesha Park. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance of the park.
Walking
If you are at the Dire Dawa Stadium, exit the stadium, and head south towards Bole Road. Once you reach Bole Road, turn right and walk for about 1 km. You will come to the intersection with Menafesha Street. Turn left onto Menafesha Street and walk about 500 meters; the entrance to Sami Menafesha Park will be on your right.
